Five lessons of 45 to 50 minutes, about 4 hours plus the visit. Lesson 1 runs before the visit, lesson 2 is the visit, and lessons 3 to 5 come after it.

H2What a remineralising varnish does, in one child-facing sentence.Confirmed by the clinicians on 7 September 2026: "It is painted on every child" whose family consented. Both bands now say so, and the decks agree with the game that has always shown it as step 4 of everyone's check-up.
H3Toothpaste by age: the boundary, the amount and the strength.Confirmed by the clinicians on 7 September 2026: "It's children's toothpaste from 18 months to 6 years, then 6 years is adult strength toothpaste." The boundary ships. No amount and no strength does, because neither was answered and no source in this set gives one.
H4"Enamel is the hardest material the body makes."

H18Mouthguard replacement interval for growing children.Confirmed by the clinicians on 7 September 2026: A growing mouth is what ends a mouthguard's life, so the fit is checked while a child is still growing. No interval, because the ADA's page states none and neither did they.

molar: a wide tooth at the back that grinds food

root: the part of a tooth that sits in the gum
socket: the hole in the gum a tooth sits in
mouthguard: a soft shield worn over the teeth for sport

Each child has an oral health check, including how their teeth bite together, and then takes home a free toothbrush + toothpaste pack. With consent, they also have a remineralising varnish.
