The Whole Bite Club

About the Whole Bite Club

We are a health team, not a sales team. We come to your school to teach.

Who runs it

The Whole Bite Club is run by Oral Health Home, a Queensland social enterprise. Every session is delivered by Ahpra-registered oral health therapists — qualified clinicians.

Working alongside Queensland Health

The Whole Bite Club complements Queensland Health school programs. Our educational session and check-up add to existing services so children benefit from a coordinated approach to oral health and wellbeing.

Australian kids start school with tooth decay

Source to confirm

Tooth decay is the most common long-term illness in Australian children. It is also one we can stop. In the schools the club visits, about 40 to 45 per cent of children have already had tooth decay. In some it is closer to half. We start early, at school, where every child is.
